Our learning week
Time to investigate and explain
Monday through Thursday, we plan to share class time between science and social studies. Friday gives us a longer block for science investigations, discussion, and evidence-based writing. When an investigation needs less time, we can use part of Friday for social studies writing. The balance stays flexible as students learn new content and grow as writers.
